The electricity supply to apartments is a direct contract between you the owner and the supply company ENDESA.
Electricity supply to and within apartments is NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO DO WITH PORT ROYALE COMMUNITY AND WE CANNOT SEND ELECTRICIANS AT COMMUNITY EXPENSE TO SORT OUT PROBLEMS CONCERNING YOUR ELECTRICITY SUPPLY.
If you are experiencing trips on your incoming earth leakage trip unit then you have a fault on one or more items within your apartment. Often water heaters, kettles, cookers, and toasters will exhibit small earth leakage currents when switched on which is acceptable. If you have a number of items switched on together and the individual earth leakage currents added together exceed 30 milliamps your trip unit will activate and isolate your electricity supply.
This may happen, for instance, when a number of items are running and your hot water thermostat switches your hot water on and its earth leakage current is enough to push the total above 30 milliamps. You can attempt to find which item is causing trouble by switching off all breakers on your incoming supply panel and switching them back on, one at a time, a few minutes apart to observe the trip unit action.
Electricians advertise in local newspapers.
